Biography
Sallyann has over 18 years experience of leadership coaching and culture change, she has supported global organisations to create more inclusive cultures and develop and retain their key talent. She has worked in a wide range of sectors from advertising and media, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, professional and financial services.
Sallyann is passionate about enabling leaders to discover and follow their true purpose and provide them with tools to support their people to succeed. Her Coachees appreciate the fact that she has made several career changes to enable her to follow her core value of making a difference to others.
Sallyann supports her clients to create a culture that people want to be part of and delivers leadership development programmes to retain key talent. Her programmes include: Creating A Purpose Driven Culture, Coaching Skills Training For Internal Coaches, Inclusive Leadership For Senior Leaders, Women’s Leadership Programmes and Transformational Coaching.
She brings a wealth of experience as an ICF Professional Certified Coach, a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and a Generative Coach accredited by the International Association of Generative Change.
Sallyann was a Managing Director and Executive Coach at a global Diversity and Inclusion consultancy for nearly eight years, specialising in building inclusive cultures and Women’s Leadership programmes. Prior to that time she was a Management Consultant with EY delivering large scale culture change and change management programmes, and was also an in-house transition coach.
Sallyann has an MBA from Henley Business School and started her career as a commercial solicitor. She is also accredited to use the following tools : Talogy Emotional Intelligence Profile, the Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey, True Colors® Personality Assessment and Strengthscope® 360.
Sallyann also enjoys yoga, running and manages a family property business.
