Biography
I am a certified practitioner of Generative Change in Generative Coaching based in Zurich, Switzerland, and a proud member of the IAGC community.
My coaching work sits at the intersection of professional transformation and inner development. I work with individuals navigating leadership challenges, career transitions, and the deeper questions that arise when we are ready to grow beyond our current role or identity.
My background includes qualifications in psychological counselling, psychological diagnostics, and NLP at Master level – which I integrate with Generative Coaching to offer a grounded, evidence-informed approach.
In my professional life, I work in banking technology in Zurich, leadings teams and mentoring talent. I am also an ambassador for Women Back to Business.
