Biography
Xi Shen is a Youth Awakening Mentor, Generative Hypnosis Coach, and Family Education System Designer. With over 15 years of experience as an English educator and founder of an English training institute, he supported thousands of students in achieving academic success and international English certifications.
Recognizing that grades alone cannot ensure well-being or unlock true potential, she founded Stellar Pilot, a pioneering brand dedicated to helping teenagers overcome resistance to learning, rebuild harmonious parent-child energy fields, and activate their innate talents.
As a new-generation practitioner in the IAGC community, XI integrates generative coaching, hypnosis, and family education to guide families beyond inner conflict and toward authentic growth.
