Biography
Wei Kai Hung, Ed.M., is a licensed psychologist in Taiwan, and a licensed mental health counselor in New York. He currently teaches workshops and seminars, provides psychotherapy and hypnotherapy in Asia. He intensively learned from Dr. Stephen Gilligan and Dr. Jeffrey Zeig. After graduated from Teachers College, Columbia University, he worked as a Bowen approach family therapist in New York for 9 years. In 2016, he translated Dr. Gilligan’s book “Generative Trance” into Chinese, and served as an assistant for Dr. Gilligan in San Diego Trance Camp and China Trance Camp for several years. He devotes to integrate Eastern philosophy, Erciskonian hypnotherapy, and Generative Trance. He presented in Ericksonian Congress, 2015, and Brief therapy conference, 2016.
