I have been mainly working with adults with long term mental health issues all my adult life and soon came to realise that a varied approach is necessary when helping people to “Live Life More Effectively”.
Along the way I have picked up a Psychology degree (to add to Economics), NLP Master Practitioner, IEMT Practitioner, Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Practitioner, studied CBT and Motivational Interviewing among other modalities.
As some of my clients have eclectic maps of the world, I have also studied Hawaiian Shamanism, Reiki, and even Mediumship all of which I find to be helpful surprisingly often.
Having studied with Stephen Gilligan for 9-10 years, I really love Generative Coaching as there are aspects of nearly everything I have studied in there somewhere – so having a wide ranging base of training and experience is a great benefit to my work.
I am based in Bournemouth Dorset and prefer to work face to face with my clients, at least for the fist couple couple of sessions.
