Biography
“From the chemistry of the elements to the chemistry between people.” After a career in international sales and marketing for the medical device industry, I became a consultant and NLP-Trainer, DVNLP. I connect my interest in neurosciences (PhD in biochemistry), integral constellation work with the SFM business approach and generative consulting.
The results of my engagement for the NLP community are the translations of the SFM Trilogy as well as the Generative Coaching Series into German. I am engaged in the DVNLP as Speaker of the AFK (Quality management in training and coaching).
As an affiliate of Dilts Strategy Group, I offer the SFM 1 training in German language and facilitate Mastermind groups. I developed the Collaboration Coach training and the Conscious Leadership Embodiment Retreat. As Generative Coach and Mindset-Maps Master Coach, I work with entrepreneurs who want to bring their enterprise or team to the next level.
