Mickey has been the Managing Director and Sales Director at major multinational companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Aegis and Deloitte and served in various executive level roles. Apart from managing Purpose & Co he also served as the Executive Director for The International Association for Generative Change, a global organization founded by R. B. Dilts and S. Gilligan. His purpose is to help others find meaning in their life and reach exceptional results.
His clients include some the largest multinationals like Microsoft; GE; Vodafone; Kraft Foods or Bayer. He has an MA in psychology and an MBA from Case Western University. He is a Master Practitioner; Consultant and Trainer certified by the prestigious NLPU in California and a certified Generative Coach.
Mickey currently also serves on the board of several companies as well as the Conscious Capitalism New York Chapter.
His main area of focus is change management and leadership development. He has managed large scale multi-country team and sales effectiveness projects and trained several thousand leaders and mid-managers across the globe. One of his unique capabilities is to align high level multicultural leadership teams around a clear common higher purpose.
A father of two he enjoys martial arts and meditation as two very important life tools.
