I’m a professional, working parent of two, with twenty years’ experience of learning, development and coaching in financial and commercial services, so I understand both the pressure to satisfy our co-existing worlds as well as meet our own needs and dreams. I’m also skilled at guiding clients and partners to clarify what they want to achieve.
I certified as an NLP Practitioner in 2014, a Generative Coaching Practitioner with Robert Dilts and Stephen Gilligan in 2016 and an NLP Master Practitioner in 2017. Helping people transform their lives is a privilege and a joy.
I believe it’s within all of us to create a fulfilled life where we can accept and like our whole self. It starts with the skills to notice the inner pull that’s drawing us to the life we want.
