Debbie is a generative coach, teacher of soft skills HR to line managers and HR practitioners as well as holding a Head of HR post for an SME. She is passionate about making work life better so that the experience can positively filter into all areas of life at home, the community and society at large. Debbie wants workspaces to become places where people can thrive and express their creative potential and develop strong, heart centred relationships with others. Through generative coaching, Debbie is able to work at a deep level with her clients to deepen the connections with those parts of themselves that may have been hidden and to bring their dreams and visions into the world.
