David is the Director of AS Mentoring, which he set up to provide specialist support to people on the autism spectrum. He ran the National Autistic Society’s specialist employment service, Prospects, for seven years, and prior to that was Head of Services for a group of nine specialist adventure playgrounds and respite centres in London which provided ongoing support to some 1200 disabled children and their families.
In his mentoring work he enjoys working with individuals (whether autistic or neurotypical) to help them achieve their potential. He also has a particular interest in contributing to wider social change. He is based in London, and travels widely in the course of his work.
