Biography
Christine Wank is an international and highly experienced facilitator, trainer, and coach in the field of generative facilitation and change, leadership, innovation and organizational development. She is passionate about facilitating meaningful transformations and generative change in people, teams, organisations and society – with curiosity, compassion and courage. For the last 2 decades she has worked with leaders, multi-cultural teams and organisations from business, government, research and NGOs worldwide helping them reach their full potential and shape the world in a responsible way.
Christine is the founder of the Generative Facilitation Institute with an international faculty dedicated to offer unique capacity building programs to inspire and nurture leaders, facilitators, coaches and change-makers around the globe to effectively facilitate generative change and transformation and to become masters in both the inner and outer game of generative facilitation.
In co-creating the emerging field of Generative Facilitation, Christine brings together her rich expertise and training background with masters such as Stephen Gilligan and Robert Dilts (Generative Coaching and Generative Change), Gunther Schmidt (Hypno- and Neuro-Systemic Approaches), Otto Scharmer (Theory U/Presencing), Peter Senge (Organizational Learning, Systems Thinking), Ed Schein (Culture Change), Humberto Maturana and Fritz Simon (Living Systems, Cybernetics, Systemic Organizational Theory), HeartMath Institute (Heart and Somatic Sciences, Heart Coherence, Resilience), Arawana Hayashi and Arthur Zajonc (Embodiment, Social Presencing, Mindfulness), Daniel Siegel (Mindsight, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Neuro Sciences), Marvin Weisbord and Sandra Janoff (Whole Scale Change Facilitation).
