Biography
Barbara Dalle Pezze is an internationally established coach, cross-cultural mediator, personal development expert and author.
Barbara’s experience of working with diverse cultures has enriched her life and gives a unique ability to connect and tune in with people from all backgrounds.
Purpose-driven and creative, Barbara moved from her native Italy to the Asia Pacific Region in 2000, living in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Australia, and recently the US.
Barbara seeks to create innovative and transformational experiences for her clients, expanding their potential, facilitating powerful breakthroughs and elevating the quality of their life and impact as leaders.
Barbara holds a Ph.D. in Ontology, a Masters in Human Resources Management, and a Masters in Counseling (CBT). Former Assistant Professor at Beijing Normal University – Hong Kong Baptist University – UIC (China), Barbara is a member of the Leadership Development Faculty for the APEC Region at a top global financial institution and teaches Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at the MBA at SFU, Beedie School of Business (Canada).
Barbara is a Practitioner of Generative Coaching (NLP School, London), an NLP Master Coach (NLP Center of New York), a certified IL Executive Coach and Master Trainer, and a Certified Behavioral Assessor and Primary Interviewer in assessment and development centers for top-executives (A&DC, UK).
In 2017, Barbara partnered with John Mattone, #1 Executive Coach in the world and former coach of Steve Jobs, as sole representative of John Mattone Global Inc. in China, and Country Director in China and Italy.
Barbara has written two books, co-edited one, and currently she is writing her next book on finding your own voice.
