Global Leadership executive coach, team coach and consultant, founder of International Milestones. Accredited Coach Supervisor.
For more than 25 years I have accompanied senior executives and their teams through complex change processes involving the convergence between intercultural, interfunctional and interpersonal dimensions.

A certified executive coach holding a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation, and co-active coach (CTI) as well as systems coach (ORSC), I trained with Robert Dilts, Judith De Lozier and Ian MacDermott in the art and mastery of NLP and coaching (Coach to Awakener, NLPU 2007) and combine systems theory, cognitive behavioral techniques, applied psychology, collaborative facilitation practices and intercultural tools in my approach. I am certified in SFM 2 Collective Intelligence and SFM3 Conscious Leadership & Resilience.
